Removing Door Pins

Has anyone got ant tips for removing door pins, screw in type??

 

Ive managed to get the top one out from the drivers side and replace it, when doing the bottom one ive now snapped 2 bits trying to unscrew the pin.

 

Admittedly the first was a cheap ebay bit, the second was a Draper bit that i thought would be more than p to the job.

are you using a screwdriver tip/bit in a drill? Use an allen key

Yeah, using a ratchet with the torx bit in it.

 

I doubt I'll be able to move it with a small allen key!!

Oh is it the torx type, you might be able to free it off with a sharp cold chisel and lump hammer just crack a stamp line in the side of the head for a key then belt it round to free it off watch you dont hit the dash tho
