Can't speak for all, but my Motaquip only seems to supply Motaquip branded oil filters. No idea who they're actually manufactured by though.

Well after calling the main dealer I was quite surprised at the price, even the slimline ones I get where under a fiver each, mind I've got loads coming into stock tomorrow
