Changing Brake Line Length; Any Effects On Compensators

I'm going to be getting some braided lines made up and running them inside the car, I've worked out the route I want, and i just wanted to check if there are going to be any complications regarding the compensators, they are the correct ones for the 1.9.

 

Im changing the route of the lines; i think they'll be about 20 cm longer,

 

will this have any effect on the brake compensators performance? I doubt it will, as the two rear lines are not the same length anyways, but i thought ill just check.
