Fuel Filter - Potential To Use 106 Gti Filter

Recommended Posts

johnhenry

Evening

Im looking to relocate my fuel filter as it really annoys me how cramped up that corner of the engine bay is.

Was chatting to a mate today; the 106 GTI's fuel filter is located near the fuel tank, just down from the fuel pump. I was wondering if this system fitted into a 205 in some fashion?

Has anyone swapped out the 205 filter and replaced it with a 106 gti system?

is it even possible?

Cheers

John

how do you have the fuel lines secured to the fuel filter?

they are the same as saxo filters (the image above) - just jubilee clip fuel lines onto it?
