Have a 1.9gti. Bought as none runner... Have lots of spares... Basically 2 engines... Want a garage to essentially make 1 good out of the two engines... Anybody know any1 trust worthy who won't rob me blind? It's just a track toy so don't want bill to be $$$$

You've given very little detail about the engines and the issue which render then unusable and I do not know your location.(on my phone). Tbh, the only cost effective way if doing what you describe is to diy. You may find it cheaper to source a known good engine an drop it straight in.
