What's the deal with service box, only for professionals. How do y oh create an account ? Makeup a bogus company name ?

Set up a public account. It's very easy!

Every time I click on it, it sends me to the French site where I'm unbe to open an account do you have a link for the public part.

I am also trying to get on service box, when I go to create an account under "private individual" it tells me "access to this site is intended exclusively for professionals" am I doing something wrong?

Going back a couple of years this problem existed, people got round it by changing their default country from GB, it then allowed you to set up a private account.

Same here jim bob, may be its because I live on Switzerland. And I don't have a uk ip adress.

Just create one as if you were a mechanic.
