Just wondered if it belongs to anyone on there?

It’s in the Katherines/Sumners end of town.

Doesn’t look to be on the road yet but it’s sometimes being worked on when I pop round to see my Auntie (who lives in the same estate) or my parents who live a couple of turnings down from it.

Slightly OT but I lived in Harlow, for a short time over 10 years ago now, but I recall seeing an M-reg Miami blue 1.9 there. I think there were only 6 GTIs registered on an M plate, so quite a rarity.
