How does it come off?

 

Stick a screw driver behind and prise or is there a less distructive way?

It should just slide off, one end is open, just look at each end and you should be able to see which it is.

I found sliding it off a sure fire way of bending it. I just slide a small paint scraper in behind the red strip and gently lever it off of the clips. Just be gentle and you'll find it comes off pretty easily.

I always pulled the moulding off and it pops off undamged
