Gti-6 Breaking?

My mate has just aquired a complete running and MOT'd GTI6

 

To be perfectly frank, the bodywork is pretty flat and it's showing age, although drives well and performs as it should.

 

He is thinking of breaking it and scrapping the shell, what do you think it's worth in its key components? (Presume sold on eBay)

 

Cyclones are missing but the rest is there, interior is poor and the shell has no stupid sunroof.

a couple of years ago i broke a gti6 that had been rolled and didnt have a straight panel on it for £750 including scrapping shell. that had done 130k and i didnt go crazy selling every little bit
