Differences In Rear Axles ?

this has most likley been covered before but , what differences are there between standard axles and 1.6 gti axle. i know the drums are different .

Torsion bars and arb are different, and a narrower centre of crosstube on lesser spec axles

the overall width on gti axles is acheived by the drums is it not ? The crosstube is the same length ?

Camber and toe vary, as well as presence of arb.

so the angle of the trailing arms vary too . nothings ever simple is it ? do gti trailing arms have any casting marks / numbers to identify them ?
