Could be the load valves need replacing have you disconnected each one to see if fluid is flowing through em

Gave up with that MC. Put my old one back on and got the reservoir on with just a bit of jiggling.

 

Problem I'm having now is trying to bleed the system. Doesn't look like pumping The peddle is pushing the fluid through.

I wonder if it's sucking air through the knackered seals between reservoir and master...?

If you mean the compensator valves, I removed those a year ago.

 

I will check if the MC is actually pushing out the fluid in the morning.

Don't get me wrong. It was still a tight fit to get it on and jiggle it. Just not quite as tight as the other... Should start building some muscle I think.

Progress... Bled the first caliper... Onto the next one and the bleed nipple has been stripped and is seized... So extractors will be purchased tonight.

 

Any suggestions on where to get replacement nipples? (This thread is full of double entendre's).
