Service Parts, Where From?

My 1993 1.9 GTI due a good service so going to

Plugs

Plug leads

Oil/ Oil filter

Fuel filter

 

Now the car is standard unmodified with 87,000

 

what grade oil/make, plugs ect would you all reccomend and where to buy all parts from Halfords, GSF, local motor factor?

Plug lead's may be no longer supplied certainly are for my phase of 205.

Any local motor Factor, You'll find the premium parts Bosch anyway if you ask for them at 1/2 of Pug even with Discount, Oil any good 10/40 will do
