Fuel Filler Neck Removal

hi can any one enlighten me as to the easiest and best way to remove the fuel filler neck ? i can see 2 screws inside the cap but dont know where to go from there and i dont want to break anything.

there's a bolt or 2 on the inner wheel arch, then potentially a jubilee clip on the tank end of the pipe!

and just give the rubber seal a tug ?

Be careful with the bolts on the inner wing as they like to sheer.
