Air In The Tank..?

Right it can't be just me... When my 205 is completely bare of fuel and I try to fill it up its like it creates a vacuum and won't hold fuel just blows it back up out the tank and over the forecourt making me look a goon..

 

Is this a common 205 thing as no other car I've owned has done it.. Done it at two different petrol stations now too.

 

I've tried, pushed right in, pulled out a little and loads of different angles with no joy.. Fine to fill as long as I've got more than 1/4 tank though :/

I had a G reg Miami that did this regardless of what I did!

My 205 does this evry time ive checked all the breather (changed) and it still does this just dont pull the pump handle full wack ;-)
