The bumpers are different but just fit the lower valences,it will really change the look aswell,very nice little mod imo

Would it also be worth do the rear bumper too?

I would if it was mine,does really change the appearance of the car,i fitted GTI front and rear valences to a couple 1.1's when i passed and also fitted a GTI rear valence to my old XS

yes.

use your current black upper bumper, and unclip the lower part, and clip/bolt on a red gti valance. job done.
