Wipers, Help

Its been 2 years since i stripped the 205 and carn't remember which way round the wipers fit back together

 

‹ which side do the wiper spindles fit as they both appear to be different sizes?

 

‹ Do i have the wiper links fitted correctly, the lower link to drivers side and upper to passengers side

At a guess the short spindle fits on the passenger side to give a longer stroke and the longer on the drivers?? someone must know the answers.

My car is left hand drive and the wipers accordingly.

I think, uou can check it by wiring the motor with 12V and see for your self.

The problem is the wiring loom is not yet fitted so unable to test, was hoping to get all the parts fitted first.

Yeah it does help some, had already search but couldn't find any answers. Just need to find out if i have the links fitted correctly.

The wiper which has the longer sweep will have the shorter link. So from memory the passenger side wiper should cover a larger arc and therefore have the shorter link.
