wow when you think the possibilities are endless ! might have to have a good long think lol any one got any opinions on the ford scorpio v6 ? would i be right in thinking this is a cosworth engine ? or cosworth internals are availible for them ? a friend of mine had big plans for one but never came to anything

To be honest you need to decide what you want to do with the engine. Some are more tunable than others, some are smaller, lighter, blah blah.

If you want tuneable power is suggest something jap. As previously said supra 3JZ is a mighty fine engine, though can be hard o find a manual box for them, well worth it though, would be epically fast, it has been done before too, though had to have a interesting bonnet buldge to accommodate. Though that depends f your going front of rear engine.

Lol at brm v16!

Only 3 exist, I've seen two of them. 1.5l supercharged awesome but was very unreliable.....

Seen the lesser known H16 too.

The PRV 12 valve? same as the XM and early 605's, underpowered and wide angle meaning a bit more bulky than the later more powerful PSA/Renault 24v unit.

Funnily enough, this popped up as a similar Video phill, Vincent Foucart, proper 205 T16?

Yeah, he does road engine rebuilds and things for roadgoing Pugs too. Mainly restorations on that side though.
