Grey 205 Cti spotted it initially at roundabout off junction 3 of the M4 this morning at around 9:30 am before following it down the A312 toward Hounslow, was behind it for a while before he turned right towards Feltham High street, then bumped into him again as he was turning right by Barclays Bank. Had custom exhaust, one of the rear brake lights was not working...number plate H215 ..., driven by an Asian guy.
