(Uk Spec Rallye) 13" Wheel Et28?

I've got a set of what I believe to be uk spec Rallye 13" wheels.,

 

They clearly have been yellow at some point.

They are stamped with Michelin ET28, is this correct for fitment to a base model 205/ uk Rallye?

 

Also what is the width? The overall is 6" but the inside of lip is 5"

Rims are measured bead to bead, so are 5".

 

Et is 28 indeed.
