Water/condensation Coming Through Oil Breather Pipe..

I keep getting water coming into the top of my oil filler cap via the breather system which is causing the mayonaisey stuff in the top? Any ideas where this water is coming from and how to stop it??

It might be "normal" if you're only really using the car for shorter journeys in cold weather.

Thats what i thought and was hoping but recently iv been doing lots of miles and it seems to be still happening..

If you've done a lot of short journeys it will take a while for the water to evaporate when you start on longer journeys but what do you class as longer journeys & are you getting the oil temperature up to normal?

Like at least half an hour each way and the oil temp has always been quite low
