Fog Light Front Valance Inserts/covers

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know of any fog light inserts for the front bumper that are a bit like these? These ones dont fit properly, but looking for something similar, or even just covers to plug the holes.

Why not give it a go and manufacture some blanks of your own or turn the openings into brake ducts.? :)

That's them but at £96, ouch!!!

£96 for a pair of ducting induction port?! I would say "what a rip off"

by the way, would the hole be too small for a proper brake duct?

I've got some E30 ones that people have made to fit in the past.

That is a bit pricy, which is why I have never brought anything from them. The ones at the top were £45, which I didnt think was too bad. It looks like the vent holes are the other way round so the Ecosse ones might acutauly fit.

Sounds interesting, any pictures?

I'm sure there's some pictures on here somewhere. Baz I think it was has fitted some in the past I think.

I laid the pair up to my car a while and and there's clearly a bit of fettling involved to make them fit. I never bothered.

This one? did the bumper need cutting behind it to get it in there?

That's them.

If you don't cut the bumper out but instead cut the duct off the vent to get it in - then you are defeating the object of why people fit that sort - to get air to the brakes.

Also, im not that worried about venting the brakes, so covers would be fine also just to fill up the hole
