what about some suspension from an alternative supplier? We have an insider here at Penske but something like the Bilstein's would be much better to have a group buy on I reckon.

I can enquire as to Bilstein but its still generally expensive compared to Gaz. I'd probably have to buy in the region of 10 sets to get a significantly better price. If theres interest I am happy to enquire.

The Gaz price has generally been basically what is their trade price so its historically been a very good deal.

Indeed you do need a strong drink if you think of getting change from a fair few grand when you buy from us, mainly because the market we aim for isn't really yours.

 

The other issue is discount, we don't do it, even I dont get any otherwise I would have my AST's for sale right now!

I only mention another brand as i'm no fan of Gaz shocks, from experience in mk1 fiesta circles they seem to have issues after a year or so and not many miles.

Depends which ones you buy.Know quite a few people who do the Endurance championship with MGZR's with the motorsport GAZ shocks and they are very good and they take a right battering on endurance events Edited February 13, 2013 by matt.f

i'm talking the GHA's.

The motorsport gaz's will probably be similar cost to the billies, I know where i'd rather put my money.

Of course if I had it i'd be all over the AST's etc. but no chance of that happening anytime soon

I'm just about to buy some coilovers. Was going to go for Avos as I've got them on the Mini and do like them. But I'd consider Gaz ones if there was a group buy going on.
