8 Years And 3 Months....going From A 16V To 8V

Hi All

 

After 8 years 3 months of 205gti ownership (and being on here!) I am selling my car (Mi16 stripped out track slag!) and going for a road going one....Basically I spent years working on it, taking the dash out, and slowly modifying it for modified production class hill climb....But part of me always wanted a cherished "enthusiast" car I could take for a sunday afternoon drive...

 

So I now want to get a classic/well looked after model, keep it in road going condition, nicely restored but also have modifications (which actually work) for the track, such as a 4.4 cwp, LSD, fat ARB and some good tyres....

 

So 205 ownership lives on!! I know it wont be an original car as such as it will be track prepared...But I think it can still have that original feel to it, just with a track twist...??
