Jacking Points And All Bottom Metal Is Worn And Bent!

Hi friends

On a lift today at the garage , i saw that there almost no jacking points left! it's all bent , all not straight , including the whole metal rail (don't know what it's called)

can this be fixed?

How? Just to straighten it with a hammer?

Should be rubber for the jacking points?

Never any rubber fitted if I remember... Maybe someone's been heavy handed over the years or its rusty... Flatten back into shape , rust proof and repaint,if required.
