What Wheel Is This...?

Recommended Posts

BERTMAN

What car is this wheel from? I got given it recently and think that painted up it would look pretty cool on a 205, so want to look for the another 3!

It's steel (obviously) and has Dunlop France stamped into it as well as 6Jx15H2

306 or xsara sport level spare steel wheel, weigh a f***ing ton, need flat bolts due to the inserts (designed to be used on wheels using alloys)

Or maybe even a 406 spare.... Since i've only seen 14'' used on 306 / Xsara... And they do weigh a lot... 15'' 'Aluminies' do have more or less the same look, but will weigh a lot less!

The inserts can be chapped out as vtr saxo's come with a rallye steel and the inserts can be chapped out

What does "chapped out" mean? Like a chap? Chappy? ie a male? Some sort of local lingo I guess.

Word forms: chaps, chapping, chapped

(Scottish) to strike"
