I Can't Get The Fuel Filter Lines Off!

Recommended Posts

Err I'm a bit stuck. The ??banjo bolts look to be corroded on and whilst I could possibly get the top one off with brute force, how the hell do I get the bottom one off? Access looks really limited with it in situ, if I remove it from the bracket I can't hold it properly!

Haynes manual is no help, so what's the best way? Also my fuel filter came with 4 copper washers in 2 sizes, with the banjos off will it be blatantly obvious which size goes where??

I'm used to VAG TDI filters that just lift out, this is all a bit alien!!

remove the little nut connecting the bottom line to the body fuel line, remove the whole unit and then do it all on the bench.

Thanks for that. Is it quite easy to find?
