Hi All.

Just having a bit of a wonder really.

Imagine this. You fire up the old computer and load up 205gtidrivers, there's a new topic announcing

that all NFP 205 parts are going to be put back into production.

What's the first thing you would buy?

I DARE anyone on here to walk into Peugeot dealership pretending to be interested in a 208 GTI, and after endruing the sales pitch, test drive, and the must-have £200 diamondbrite coating, simply say " Can I just have one of those 205's you used to make"

If we all do it, they might just re-release it (or something as good) rather than just use it as a marketing tool and make something completely different,

This is under the assumption that the 208 GTI is going to be a flop like the 206 and 207.

They couldn't make another 205 even if they wanted to. Let's just all accept that and move on.

They still make T2 campers, couldn't the same be done for the 205?

Well, our 208 GTi is en route to us as we speak, so I will be giving you a verdict as soon as the transporter lands.

The 208 Felion handles very well, and the GTi is weighing in at 1160 kilo with 200 (turbo'd) ponies.

We will see.

I'll post up the official specs if you want, they were released to us on Wednesday.

if they still had the tooling ( probably scrapped long ago sadly as it would be useful to us now for reproduction parts! ) and a factory in a 3rd world country to manufacture in i suppose in theory its possible but with all the new car safety and emission regulations i doubt it! :(
