Arm Shafts And Bearings

Yup, I've just rebuilt my 306 beam with shafts and bearings from that guy:

Looks nice pal. What does the quality compare to someone like neat?

Not a clue. This is the first time I've bought shafts and bearings for my beam. But the bearings are from SNR and good ol' welshpug said they're not a bad brand.

 

£90 for shafts and bearings.....can't go wrong. (well I'll see when I start running with the beam on)

Okay cheers. Does anyone know why they are so cheap compared to neat for example they have the shafts and bearing for both sides for 160£ and these would be about 95£

Plus, if you look on his polish website he sells single shafts at 79zl which is £15!!!!!!

 

It just shows how much we get shafted for over here for parts.

 

I already asked (google translate is awesome) and he only sells to Poland from his own website. Ebay is the only way we can buy from him over here.

Well that's where your wrong. I got an email from him the other day saying he will send them to the uk for 13£ or not sure which. But he will send them. And the same kit works out to be about 30 each side

Hmmmmm, he must have changed his mind when I asked him a couple months ago. This was my reply he gave me asking if I could buy from his website:

Did you see what the Dia of the hole in the tube was or are they OE tubes?

Miles if you want a bigger hole in the arm shafts for bigger bars they can machine you a pair to your spec. I'm up there this week if you want me to speak to them?

just intrested, The one's I buy currently have a 30 ish mm hole which is all I need but as always if I can buy OE shafts cheaper thats a winner all round

Can I just seem a bit stupid here but before I part with my hard earned these will also fit a 205 gti beam won't they?

Yes the shafts I use fit 205/309/306 always worth a email to them first
