Carb Swapping R5 Gt Turbo

I have a little 1.1 tu lump and was wondering if it would run with a 1.4 renault 5 gt turbo carb on it?

 

The carbs bolts dirctly on to the manifold i know that much was just concerned about jetting?

Will this need to be alterd or is it a case of just bolting it on and setting it up with the 4 gas analyser

Yes, It's been done before on a 205 xs with 2 head gaskets. Search spoox turbo xs
