Been Off The Radar For A Few Months.....

Hello chaps, hope everyone had a good Christmas and New year!

I've been travelling for the last few months so not been on here hardly at all! I decided to quit my job and see a bit of the world, which has been a big eye opener, i would highly recommend it, you don't need much cash to do it either! I've had quite the adventure, met up with Ben Allen, who is also on here, we've been travelling together.

I have plenty of stories to tell, from hitchhiking adventures, amazing hospitality and of course some fantastic places we visited, but it would be a very long thred indeed!

Here's a couple of pics anyway.

Anyway, back to 205's i got close to finishing off a 205 i was building before i left, so i will hopefully be cracking on with that when i get back, its been too long since i worked on a car, itching to get a spanner back in my hand.

Although, i did do a bit of road side assistance to a Renault 4 when in Yazd, Iran, basically condemned the whole car, they run cars until they literally fall to bits in the middle east!

This is as it stands, all suspension and running gear sorted, engine and box in, interior finished, just wiring, plumbing and finalising a few things to finish her off really. I should pull my finger out and do a project thred!

Not sure how long I'll be in the UK, have plans to go to Lebanon and Canada, but we will see, hopefully make some headway on finishing it, then it will go back in its crate until I'm home and i can enjoy it finally!

I'm currently in Yerevan, Armenia, flying home on the 15th, so no doubt there will be some progress shortly!

Wow! That's a very clean car. Bodywork looks amazing as I look on my phone. Nice attention to detail
