Car Painting Courses...that Allow You To Use Your Own Car?

Recommended Posts

I did a bit of a mechanics course night school type thing about 10 years ago. Didn't get very far, but they encouraged you to take your own car in to work on.

Wondering if there is the equivalent for spraying? Obviously realise the car would be out of action for a few months, but as I've just had my anti-perforation warranty claim turned down from Seat and always fancied spraying, I was hoping to kill two birds with one stone. (Note to self: NEVER buy a yellow car again).

I know they do at our local college in Kent. But I have a friend who just did research bought some kit and sprayed his own car. Then decided to spray it with body art. Painted a dragon down the side n all sorts. If your not too fussed, great way to learn...

Thanks for that. Wonder if any colleges in Yorkshire do it? I know there isn't in Hull
