Someone To Unlock A Gti6 Ecu In South Wales?

Hi all, I'm just about to start my GTI6 conversion and need the ecu unlocked, does anyone know who can do this around South Wales?? Or could you guys recommend someone??

If you want one for a 205/309 then one removed from a 306 with the ignition on will suffice. You needn't buy a professionally unlocked one useable in a 306.

 

Just re read and noticed you already had one that is locked. Rich Walker is highly respected. Have a google for Lynx Power. He should be able to unlock and return or supply and take a part ex on your existing one.

 

Although what you would pay for it to be professionally unlocked could be more than buying a 'DIY' unlocked unit. Food for thought.

Any ideas how much it costs to get done?? I think Miles has one on ebay for around £65 delivered so I'm thinking would it just be better to go for that than faff around with the one I have??

I'd like to check it beforehand to ensure it was 'unlocked' correctly, but that's no problem as a local member will allow me to quickly test it in his GTi6 converted 205.

I sell them at £100.00 for those with the immobiliser removed, Just unlocked ones removed from the car are £80.00 but I don;t have any in stock
