Aluminum Oxide(Rust)

My 205 has been stored for near the past decade and there is a build of of aluminum rust(white power) on the engine block,rocker cover etc.

 

Is there any products on the market that desolve's the rust and then just power wash the engine(light scrub)

 

Ive jizer etc. but i dont think thats its up to the job,but i havent tried it yet,atm im collecting all the parts i need and im going to tackle into it over a weekend

bit of both - i used an airline at dads work first then got some petrol on it to degrease it as best as possible.
