Ive started stripping my beam down, but its been a while since i last did one, how do you get the arb out? The torsion bars are out already

there is an end cap at each end of the beam that is fixed to the arb via splines, you need to take either one of these off and then pull it out from the other end. The caps are removed by undoing the trx head plastic bolt and then winding in an (M12 bolt from my memory) until it pushes the plate off

12x1.5 thread, not standard 1.75 pitch, remove the RHS, the left hand is fully engaged on the splines.

when re-fitting fit an M8 bolt on the LH end plate and draw the RH plate on till clearance is 1mm total (0.5mm per side)
