Track Day Suspention Setting? Anyone Know Anything

I have a 205 1.9 gti, I took it to get the tracking done and the guy asked if I wanted a persific setup????? Ie what camber/toe??? Does anyone have any idea???

If your suspension is standard the only thing that can be adjusted is the front toe setting. I have mine set toe-out slightly (I can't remember the specific number) which gives a bit better turn in. Others run parallel or slight toe-in which give better stability but it's not night and day between set ups. There's loads of info on this site so have a good search around.
