Depends which cossie inter cooler you are after, the rwd sapphire I used to own had quite a small inter cooler that sat high up over the radiator, my car then was 260bhp with no problems.

 

Not a very efficient inter cooler but it did the job and is small, my RS500 had a bigger one that wouldn't fit in the front of a 205
