Selex Front Legs

Hi does anyone know are selex front legs any good I've a set which came with my car all I can tell you they a red about 70mm shorter than a standard and the spring has half as many turns as a standard spring they do say +GRADUABLE- on them? I've found them online there TG-060 by the looks of them?

Do I fit them or out them?
