Carparts4Less - No Answer On Phone

Good day all.

 

Has anyone here delt with CarParts4Less?

 

I ask as I have been trying to phone them all day since 9am, The number I have been trying is: 0845-603-0607, and the phone just keeps on ringing and no answer.

 

They also have the online chat thing, once again, no one pops up.

 

I have sent e-mails, but I am not expecting a quick reply.

 

The web site is still working.

 

Any ideas?

 

Have they gone bust?

Its the sister company of ECP

 

I've bought stuff from them in the past no probs but not had to use their customer support so can't comment on that bit. But i guess as their prices are so low their customer support is going to be s*it!

Tom Fenton had an issue with a product and did comment on the after sales service being dreadful.

 

With the recent ECP 31% discount code making everything not only cheaper - I chose to go out of my way to my local branch to collect items to make sure the bits were correct and I could easily go back if there were any hassle. Another reason being I prefer to collect is because if I miss a delivery from CP4L, I don't have to wait in another day or do a 60 mile round trip to grab it from a courier hub.

I would love to have a local branch, but with me living on "Isle Of Wight" I guess my closest will be Southampton or Portsmouth.

Their customer service is generally a bit crap. I have had to return a couple of things- I had more success with the online chat, or emailing them rather than calling them. They are slow, but they seem to get there in the end. Like M@tt says.. they are so cheap, crap customer service is to be expected!

I had no issues but again didn't need customer service.

 

And the bits I ordered were still substantially cheaper than ECP even with the 31% off!!

I have given up rining them, and there online chat.

 

I ended up just ordering parts I needed from EuroCarPars, and used the promo code: MIDMONTH31
