Probly will regret replacing it but need a car that i dont really have to maintain as much, was thinking clio 172, pug gti 180 or golf 20v turbo or the derv gti, or any other cars people can think of thats as much fun to drive ?

Think you will be hard pressed to find anything that is close to how much fun a decent turbo 205 is.

 

If I were you I'd keep it, you've gone through most of the car now sorting it out, beam done, suspension done, pipework and hoses done, brakes done etc.

I know and i have just had a load if painting done on it so its pretty much mint body wise now

All the more reason to keep it then. Why not buy a cheap beater for winter and then get the 205 sorted out over the winter/spring ready for next year?

polo gttdi 150 i thought this car was as fast as an mi16 pug,decent handllng,6 speed box easy remap to 200 bhp,and 50 plus mpg,hot hatch perfection but pretty rare

i got a suzuki jimny, thats an animal in the snow, used to have a vid of me 2wd and 4wd drifting roundabouts but i lost them when i killed my phone, could have done with a little turbo on it to give it a little more beef for driftin tho

yea, i used to have a saxo vts on nos when they wasnt quite as popular, used to love that and did some miles in it aswell
