Diffs Are They All The Same

As above I'm putting a gearbox back together that will be going into my car, just curious if they are all the same, I know xsara and 306 diffs have different shaft fittments.

there's two types, small and large planet gears, not that all 306's and xsara's used the larger ones, just the 2.0 and td's did, similar story for other BE equipped vehicles.

Ive got a td and a 1900 diff. Is one better than the other in strength.
