205 Gti Or 205 Rallye

Wanna build a track/road car but having problem deciding 205 Rallye or a 205 Gti shell?

gti, rallye's have too much base model stuff and fetch far too much for what they are, unless you find an euro rallye....

A base model shell if poss! As Mei says, a Rallye shell is hassle, as with other base model shells, the arches will cause you issues too if you want to run anything bigger than 14 inch wheels! Or find a cheap as STDT then you dont have to kill a GTI but still has the cut back arches.

You mean you already have a gti that you've started?

 

Trollol. Why do you want a track car anyway? How many trackdays or similar do you intend on doing and is there really any need for the car to be dedicated towards them over a standard gti that has a few choice upgrades suited for slightly harder use? A good standard car is loads of fun on track anyway.

i run 6j but offset is 19 i think prob why it misses i have no scrubing issues
