306/zx Dturbo Bilstein B4 Dampers?

I have some of these sitting in my shed, would they be a worth while upgrade on a 205 Dturbo?

 

I also have some 40mm Apex springs and some cheap 60mm springs, all for 306 Dturbos. Worth fitting or should I just sell and buy 205 specific items?

depends if they are 306 or zx, as they are different, and also how old they are, a picture and a part number will help.

Originally from a ZX, part number VNE-4065

 

Apex springs part numbers are 70-60101 & VA-30/10
