Car (Wheel) Alignment Measurements?

Hi

Wanted to take my car to a garage so it could be checked and aligned.

I don't know much about these things (caster , camber, toe etc...)

I think 20 years old and never done this check/job right .

Where i live in , i assume the tech. will have no idea how to set and to which measurements .

are there any measurements / numbers/ guides for 1992 Gti?
