right,

had my loom done the other day after my engine swap. connected up all the plugs now and got my headlamps in, everythings working fine apart from the passenger side head lamp.

side lights and indicator works, full beam wont work despite the drivers side being on, but put high beam on and they both work.

any ideas?.

Yes, but given that the n/s is working, and main beam is working, that's two sides of the circuit that are working as intended so the only thing left is the bulb.

Earth is common for dipped and main on an H4 (headlight) bulb, so unlikely to be an earth fault if one works and the other doesn't.

I had some strange symptons due to a loose earth connector. The driving lights were on but no other lights yet remove the headlight connectors and they went out, but the lights were't actually switched on in car, if that makes sense.
