How do you get the car up on top and then back down again? Forklift or something along those lines?

Frame is on coasters so move it to door then lift with forklift

I agree with Baz on this, could you not bolt a bar accross the middle above over the lowest cars bonnet area to gain a little bit more strength and stability?

A good weld is capable of withstanding 1te was built by my mate at my uncle's he owns a welding business says it will be fine as all the pressure is at the corners where it is well braced

im not saying it cant, but i just wouldnt want to be pushing a car about on it not without any lower bracing on them legs.

plenty of bracing on there, as long as the tube wall is good enough it will be fine.

 

not all of us have a forklift though :lol:

Its way strong enough to hold a 205....

 

The casters are rated to 2250kg, near twice of what the car weighs.

 

Me n custard-rallye pushed it over the XS no bother...

 

As for the wheels, i dont think you can have enough o them....

Can you remind me where the condeming is, i just pointed out a possability, especially with regards to the alloys being so high they could fall on the cars. When we had an earth quake a few years ago a similar thing happened to me, so i now make sure heavy things are properly placed just in case.
