Point 1 - It came 2nd in the Time Attack back in 2007. If you ever watched any TA videos and have any idea of the type of cars racing, you'd know that is fairly impressive.

 

Point 2 - It's clearly not styled for the road, it has been put together for a very specific purpose.

 

Easy to poo-poo it, but the results speak for themselves.
