Back In A 205 Gti

Recommended Posts

Well after many years of 306 gti ownerships I have once again moved back to a 205. Picked up a really nice one with full history every MOT since 93 and in fantastic condition for year

Totally standard just needs a few more things changing like the grey side moulding

Sorted the inside as well

Runs very well

well i couldnt say tbh im new to the 205 but i paid 1100 for mine 2weeks ago needed tax and ive spent 200 quid sorting her out so shes working to a good standard had 12 owners lol and clocks say 130000 miles i dont know if anyone has done anything to it inside but its got some poke lol i do know it just has 500 quid spent before i got it on new brakes and cables and also wishbones but i dont think it was a bad price , so if you got your for owt less than 2 id say id be happy (i dunno tho could be a long way off)

That sound like a good deal for 1993 in that condition. I've a 1989 1.9 same colour, sun roof and interior. yours prob has catalitic converter tho. bought it for 1500 euro about 7 years ago 43,000 miles on it all paper work, then gave it to my brother for a bit and low and behold he did the big end and crankshaft!! so full rebuild is under way. Never get 205's out of you blood once you get the first one :)
