As title suggest really... (yes i have searched with no luck - the closest i could find is in this thread - http://forum.205gtidrivers.com/index.php?showtopic=131538)

 

I'm after a picture of the GTI-6 engine without the cambelt cover on looking square at the side of the engine. Also I'm trying to find a distance between the two cam pulleys that i can use as a scale.

 

I'm planning on modelling a schematic of the engine so I can look at different engine configurations pistons, rods etc) and figure out how much valve clearance there is amongst other things. I know there's other way's of doing it but I thought it might be helpful doing it on CAD, plus I just want to do it really!

 

My ultimate goal is to model the front end of the car in time (even though most cars probably differ vastly being built in the 80's!).
