Just Sold My Pride And Joy.

Ah its a sad week. I have just sold my Gti that i thought i would never sell. I owned her for 18yrs and last few years hardly used it much (1000 miles per year if that). I soldit as being sensible i needed the cash, and having 2 other cars that was the one i used least and also wanted to free up some funds to start buisness next year.

 

My mate sold it for me through his classic car garage. Apparently a apprentice mechanic bought it from preston so hope he looks after it, especially after many years of spending money, time and effort on it. Its a miami blue mi16 with 45's.

 

Right then E46 M3 or E39 M5 it is then lol.

It feels bit weird knowing shes not in the garage. I have had few other gti's over the years but always had the blue one as it was mint. I guess the time had to come to free up some dosh.

Thanks guys. God them pics where a long time ago haha. I fitted standard headlamps back in, wheels done in goodwood style. I also got rid of them stupid rear light brows (things you do when your young hey). Iam not looking at anymore photos now because it will sink home that shes gone.
