Bhp Plus Instrument Panel

Hi the car 1994 1400cc sceptre.

I guess this question has been asked many times before. what bhp. does the TU3FM/L engine put out?

 

Is it poss. to fit an xs or similar type of instrument panel to the above car as the one fitted is very basic.

approx 75bhp I beleive for that engine normally, but not sure if the catalytic coverter makes a difference.

 

you shouldnt have any trouble fitting the cluster (except the joys of fannying about with old french dash plastics) not sure if all the required sensors/wiring is there but shouldnt be too hard to fit if it isnt.
